- If the fire extinguisher is used, even partially, and the extinguishing agent inside was not completely discharged, the extinguisher still needs to be serviced in order to make sure it’s ready for its next use.
- The statutory framework makes it mandatory for the shell of the fire extinguisher to undergo Hydrostatic Pressure Test every 3 years.
